Description:
Hydraulic Cylinder are forged of quality alloy steel and made via normalizing.
Module is the main parts of fluid end. Our modules is made by the high quality alloy steel 8620 or 4135 forging. The blank must normalizing, roughing and quenching tempering, ensure valve box internal hardness reach HB285-330. After rolling, the contact area of the two positioning cone holes not less than 75% in the finish machining process. After the pressure test, gauge in inspection and flaw detection, every products has been tested and issued and issued with an inspection report and can match all kinds of mud pump.
